As a first-time Mom and Perinatal Women’s Health Registered Nurse, I’ve experienced firsthand the physical, emotional, and mental shifts that come with bringing new life into the world. The postpartum period is a time of immense transition which can be both exhilarating and overwhelming. Nonetheless, the journey of finding yourself again—amidst the beauty, challenges, and uncertainties—is truly rewarding.
This collection was born out of my own personal journey in God’s presence with the help of the Holy Spirit designed to remind you of your strength, your evolving identity, and the incredible woman you are becoming. Speaking life into myself during this time has been a transformative practice, helping me embrace the new version of myself while nurturing my little one.
