How long will it take to receive my order?

As each product is carefully handmade, the time it takes to fulfill your order can vary based on the items you’ve chosen. Here's what you can generally expect:

• Ready-to-Ship Products: Items that are readily available typically ship within 1–3 business days.

• Handmade Products: Since I create each product by hand, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing before shipment. However, some may be completed sooner, and I’ll make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

• Mixed Orders: If your order contains both ready-to-ship and handmade products, I’ll ship everything together once the handmade items are completed. If you would like to receive the ready-to-ship items sooner, please contact me, and I can arrange a split shipment (additional shipping charges apply).

Please understand that, as a one-person operation, I’m working diligently to get each order out as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information to stay updated on its progress.

During busy periods, like holidays, fulfillment times may be longer, but I will always keep you informed. Thank you so much for your patience and support!

What should I do if my package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all?

Once your package has been shipped and tracking has been provided, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. However, we understand that things can happen during transit, and we want to extend grace in these situations.

If your package is damaged or you believe it is lost, please follow these steps:

1. Contact the carrier: Check the tracking information for updates and reach out to the carrier (UPS) for assistance.

2. Provide proof: Please take photos of the damaged package and any damaged items, if applicable. We may request this as proof to help resolve the issue.

3. Reach out to us: If the issue is not resolved through the carrier, contact us via contact form or @niambispells@feminine-divinity.com with your order details and any proof of damage or loss. We will work with you to explore possible solutions, such as offering a replacement or credit where applicable.

Please note that all claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the tracking information or delivery attempt.

What is your exchange or return policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.

However, if there is an issue with your order, such as a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the situation and make it right.
